Unless specifically noted in the itinerary, the tour does not include alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, specialty coffees, bottled water, specialty dining, Wi-Fi, casino play, spa and salon services, shopping, professional photography, gratuities, travel insurance, or optional shore excursions.

These Terms of Agreement, Policies, and Recommendations, referred to throughout this document as the “Terms and Conditions,” are offered for the purpose of supporting a safe, viable, organized, and quality tour or cruise package. 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you, the tour or cruise participant, referred to as the “Traveler,” and Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC, referred to as “Mysterious Adventures Tours,” “MAT,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” with respect to any and all bookings, tours, cruises, travel packages, optional activities, add-ons, or transactions made with Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC. 

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any tour, cruise, travel package, optional activity, or related service organized, sold, or facilitated by Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC. By booking, paying, making a reservation, accepting a travel credit, participating in a payment plan, selecting a Buy Now Pay Later option, or participating in any tour or cruise, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1. Acceptance 

Booking a tour, cruise, travel package, optional activity, or related service with Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

Payment of any amount toward a tour or cruise, including a deposit, partial payment, full payment, installment payment, Buy Now Pay Later transaction, travel credit application, or other payment method, shall imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

By purchasing or reserving a tour or cruise, the Traveler acknowledges that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the information, policies, responsibilities, limitations, payment requirements, and cancellation terms applicable to the tour or cruise selected.

It is considered upon meeting the following standards and penalties: The collected deposit is not refundable at any time.  The balance due for the tour (and options) is subject to the following penalties, after the deposit is removed from the obligation.

• Within 150+ days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount only. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 120–149 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 25% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 91–119 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 50% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 61–90 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 75% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 0–60 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit 100% of the complete tour package, options, and add-ons. No refund will be issued.

Guests should plan to arrive by late morning, as our official experience begins at 12:00 noon. We'll gather for a festive New Orleans Celebration Lunch at approximately 1:00 PM, offering the perfect introduction to the city's vibrant culture and distinctive cuisine.

As the afternoon unfolds, we'll step into the city's darker side with an immersive museum-style experience that explores New Orleans' supernatural heritage. As evening falls, we'll wander through the atmospheric streets of the French Quarter on a captivating ghost walk, where haunting tales, historic landmarks, and centuries-old legends bring the city's mysterious past vividly to life.

Today is dedicated to uncovering the haunted and mysterious soul of New Orleans. Throughout the day, we'll explore two carefully selected supernatural-themed experiences that may feature haunted history, legendary cemeteries, vampire folklore, the cultural traditions of Voodoo, grand historic mansions, or other eerie stories that have shaped the city's reputation as one of America's most haunted destinations. Final experiences are subject to vendor confirmation, ensuring each departure offers a unique perspective on the city's supernatural heritage.

As darkness settles over the city, we'll gather for a special investigation-style evening experience. Designed exclusively for Mysterious Adventures Tours guests, this immersive encounter invites you to delve deeper into New Orleans' paranormal legends through haunting stories, atmospheric locations, and the chilling mysteries that continue to captivate believers and skeptics alike.

This morning, we'll transfer to the Port of New Orleans – Erato Street Cruise Terminal, where our Halloween voyage officially begins aboard Carnival Liberty.

After boarding, take time to settle into your stateroom, become familiar with the ship, and start enjoying the many dining venues, entertainment, and onboard amenities before we set sail. As Carnival Liberty departs New Orleans, our seven-night Halloween adventure takes us to the tropical shores of Key West, Celebration Key, and Nassau before returning to New Orleans.

From morning until late into the evening, immerse yourself in Carnival's anticipated Frightfully Fun Halloween festivities, which may include themed décor, costume contests, Halloween parties, spooky trivia, seasonal movies, live entertainment, music, and other Halloween-inspired activities. Final programming is subject to Carnival's official onboard schedule.
