Mysterious Adventures Tours invites you to an unforgettable six-hour Halloween experience at Leap Castle in County Offaly, Ireland, featuring an exclusive small-group lockdown, paranormal investigations, Samhain traditions, readings, music, food, and a festive Halloween gathering unlike anything else.

Your evening will be hosted in partnership with Púca Paranormal, who will lead the investigation inside Leap Castle and guide guests through a series of paranormal sessions throughout the night.

The experience begins with a relaxed Halloween welcome featuring light bites, Samhain-inspired drinks, music with Sean Ryan, costume fun, and time to mingle before the investigations begin. Enjoy some of the Pagan traditions that is only allowed during Halloween. From there, guests will take part in small-group and well coordinated paranormal investigations. There will even be opportunities for tarot and/or psychic readings!

As midnight approaches, the group will gather outside for a special Samhain closing ceremony, creating a memorable and atmospheric end to Halloween night at the castle.

Your ticket also includes a commemorative Leap Castle Trick-or-Treat Bag, participation in our Halloween costume contest, and the chance to win a $200 Mysterious Adventures Tours Gift Certificate toward any future MAT tour. Every guest who participates in the costume contest will also receive a $50 MAT Gift Certificate as a consolation prize.

Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for Halloween Night at Leap Castle, scheduled for October 31–November 1, 2026, the purchaser and each attending guest agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Date, Time & Location
   The event is scheduled to take place at Leap Castle, County Offaly, Ireland, from approximately 7:00 PM on October 31, 2026 until 1:00 AM on November 1, 2026.
   The program may include paranormal investigations, tarot and/or psychic readings, food and refreshments, music, a costume contest, outdoor activities, a Samhain-inspired closing gathering, photographs, and other Halloween-related activities.
   Exact scheduling and individual activities may be modified when reasonably necessary due to venue requirements, weather, safety, operational conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

2. Limited Capacity
   Attendance is strictly limited. Tickets are valid only for the individual(s) registered through the booking. Mysterious Adventures Tours reserves the right to verify guest names and identification before admission.

3. All Sales Are Final / Guest Cancellations
   All event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the guest, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
   Because this event has extremely limited capacity and substantial advance commitments to the venue, hosts, suppliers, accommodations, and event providers, Mysterious Adventures Tours cannot issue refunds for:

• Guest cancellation

• Change of plans

• Illness or injury

• Flight delays or cancellations

• Transportation difficulties

• Missed connections

• Weather affecting a guest’s travel

• Failure to arrive

• Failure to obtain required travel documentation

• Early departure from the event

• Personal dissatisfaction with paranormal activity or results
  
  Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance that includes cancellation, medical, transportation, and trip-interruption protection.

1. Ticket Transfers
   Tickets may not be resold commercially.
   Mysterious Adventures Tours may, at its discretion, permit a guest to transfer a ticket to another eligible participant if the request is made sufficiently in advance and all required guest information is provided.
   Any transfer must be approved by Mysterious Adventures Tours prior to the event.

2. Organizer Cancellation
   If Mysterious Adventures Tours cancels the event in its entirety and does not provide a replacement date or substantially equivalent alternative, the amount paid for the event ticket will be refunded, subject to applicable law and any non-refundable third-party processing charges where legally permitted.
   Mysterious Adventures Tours is not responsible for consequential expenses such as airfare, hotels, rental cars, meals, transportation, missed work, or other personal travel costs.

3. Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
   Mysterious Adventures Tours will not be responsible for failure, delay, modification, relocation, or interruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Fire

• Government restrictions

• Civil disturbance

• Public-health emergencies

• Transportation disruptions

• Power or utility failures

• Venue closure or restriction

• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

• Safety concerns

• Other force majeure events

  
  Where practical, Mysterious Adventures Tours may substitute, modify, postpone, or reschedule affected portions of the program

4. Historic Property & Assumption of Risk
Leap Castle is a historic property and is not comparable to a modern hotel, conference venue, or attraction, Guests acknowledge that participation may involve:

• Uneven floors and ground surfaces

• Stone steps and stairways

• Low lighting or darkness

• Narrow passageways

• Old or irregular structures

• Outdoor terrain

• Wet, slippery, muddy, or uneven conditions

• Exposure to cold, rain, wind, or other weather

• Standing or walking for extended periods

• Paranormal investigation equipment

• Activities conducted after dark

  
  By participating, each guest voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks associated with these conditions.

1. Personal Responsibility & Injury
   Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety.

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, hosts, affiliates, venue partners, Púca Paranormal, Leap Castle representatives, and participating suppliers will not be liable for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from risks inherent in the event or from circumstances outside their reasonable control.

   Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any liability that applicable law prohibits an organizer from disclaiming.

2. Medical Conditions & Mobility
   Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating.

   Anyone with mobility limitations, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, balance concerns, severe anxiety in darkness or confined spaces, or other conditions that could affect participation should evaluate the suitability of the event before purchasing.

   Guests requiring accessibility accommodations should contact Mysterious Adventures Tours before booking. Due to the historic nature of Leap Castle, not all areas may be accessible.

3. Conduct & Safety Rules
   Guests must follow all instructions issued by Mysterious Adventures Tours, Púca Paranormal, Leap Castle representatives, and event staff.

   Mysterious Adventures Tours reserves the right to remove, without refund, any individual whose behavior is considered:

• Unsafe

• Aggressive

• Abusive

• Disruptive

• Destructive

• Intoxicated

• Disrespectful to the venue, staff, hosts, or other guests

• In violation of venue or event rules

Guests must not enter restricted areas or separate themselves from designated groups without permission.

1. Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment
   Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

   Guests who appear impaired to the point that they cannot safely participate may be denied admission or removed from the event without refund.

   Any alcohol policy imposed by Leap Castle or the event organizer must be followed.

2. Paranormal Investigation Disclaimer
   Paranormal investigation is experiential and subjective.

   Mysterious Adventures Tours and Púca Paranormal do not guarantee paranormal activity, communication, evidence, sightings, manifestations, or any particular supernatural experience.

   A lack of paranormal activity does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Tarot, Psychic & Medium Readings
   Any tarot, psychic, intuitive, or mediumship readings offered during the event are provided for entertainment and personal-interest purposes only.

   They should not be considered medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

   Guests remain solely responsible for decisions they make based on any reading or interpretation.

4. Photography, Video & Livestreaming
   The event may be photographed, recorded, filmed, or livestreamed by Mysterious Adventures Tours, Púca Paranormal, approved media, or event representatives.

   By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photography or video used for documentary, promotional, social-media, or marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

   Guests who have particular privacy concerns should notify event staff upon arrival.

   Guests must also respect any photography, filming, or recording restrictions imposed by Leap Castle.

5. Guest Photography & Recording
   Personal photography and reasonable recording may be permitted unless restricted by the venue or event staff.

   Flash photography, lighting equipment, drones, professional filming equipment, or activities that interfere with investigations may be prohibited.

6. Midnight Outdoor Samhain Gathering
   The planned midnight Samhain-inspired closing ceremony is expected to take place outdoors.

   This portion of the program is weather-dependent and may be modified, shortened, relocated, or cancelled if conditions are unsafe or impractical.

   No refund will be provided if the outdoor portion is changed due to weather or safety concerns.

7. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
   Light bites, snacks, and beverages are expected to be provided.

   Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify Mysterious Adventures Tours in advance. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary needs, Mysterious Adventures Tours and its suppliers cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

   Guests with severe allergies are responsible for taking appropriate precautions.

8. Costumes
   Costumes are encouraged but not required.

   Costumes must not:

• Create a safety hazard

• Obstruct vision

• Interfere with movement on stairs or uneven surfaces

• Include realistic weapons

• Damage or endanger the historic property

• Interfere with another guest’s enjoyment of the event

  
  Event staff may require modification or removal of unsafe costume elements.

1. Costume Contest & Gift Certificates
   The costume contest is intended as a recreational event.

   The announced grand prize is a $200 Mysterious Adventures Tours Gift Certificate, subject to MAT gift-certificate terms.

   Guests who participate in the costume contest are expected to receive a €50 MAT Gift Certificate, unless otherwise stated.

   Gift certificates:

• Have no cash value

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• May be subject to booking availability

• May not be combined with certain promotions or discounts

• Are subject to the terms applicable to the tour toward which they are redeemed

  
  The grand-prize winner receives the grand prize in place of the costume-participation gift unless Mysterious Adventures Tours expressly states otherwise.

1. Leap Castle Trick-or-Treat Bags & Gifts
   Promotional gifts, commemorative items, and Trick-or-Treat bags are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of comparable nature or value.

   Such items have no cash redemption value.

2. Personal Property
   Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

   Mysterious Adventures Tours, Púca Paranormal, Leap Castle, and event suppliers are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

3. Transportation & Accommodation
   Unless specifically stated in the ticket description, transportation to and from Leap Castle and overnight accommodations are not included.

   Guests are solely responsible for arriving at the venue on time and arranging safe transportation after the event concludes.

4. Age Requirement
   Because this is a late-night paranormal investigation in a historic property, I recommend making the event 18+ only unless Leap Castle and Púca specifically approve minors.

   Valid identification may be requested.

5. Changes to Program
   Named hosts, readers, entertainers, activities, food offerings, and the order or duration of individual program elements may be changed when reasonably necessary.

   The appearance of a particular reader, musician, investigator, host, or activity is not independently guaranteed and does not form the sole basis of the ticket purchase.

6. Acceptance of Terms
   By completing payment, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of themselves and, where applicable, any guests for whom they purchase tickets.

7. Guests agree to comply with venue rules, event instructions, health and safety requirements, and applicable law throughout the event.

The Halloween Lockdown Event officially opens at 6PM. You will be greeted by Puca Paranormal and delectables inspired by Samhain traditions will be offered. Please arrange to come in communal groups since parking is limited.  Meetup Points can also be arranged and accommodated.  

The night comes to an end at 1AM after our Midnight Samhain Ritual Celebration and closing remarks and exchanges of memories. .
