Payment of any amount toward a tour or cruise, including a deposit, partial payment, full payment, installment payment, Buy Now Pay Later transaction, travel credit application, or other payment method, shall imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

It is considered upon meeting the following standards and penalties: The collected deposit is not refundable at any time.  The balance due for the tour (and options) are subject to the following penalties, after the deposit is removed from the obligation.

• Within 150+ days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount only. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 120–149 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 25% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 91–119 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 50% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.
  

• Within 61–90 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will forfeit the 20% non-refundable booking commitment amount plus 75% of the remaining balance. Any remaining eligible balance paid will be refunded.

The evening is yours to begin exploring Venice’s nocturnal charm—perhaps wander to the Piazza San Marco, where golden lights reflect across the marble facades, or simply breathe in the romance of the canals under a starlit sky.

This morning, join an optional guided excursion to uncover the treasures of Venice, from the grandeur of St. Mark’s Basilica to the secrets of the Doge’s Palace.

In the afternoon, Venice is your playground. Cross the famous Rialto Bridge, pausing for the sweeping views of gondolas gliding through the Grand Canal. Stroll narrow alleyways, sip an espresso at a café beloved by locals, or simply lose yourself in the maze of calli (streets) and canals.

Tonight, enjoy another free evening—whether it’s fine dining along the water, a moonlit gondola ride, or simply people-watching in one of the world’s most romantic cities.

Late in the morning, we’ll sail through the Venetian Lagoon. From the Sun Deck, admire the ever-changing panorama of islands, fishing boats, and ancient bell towers rising from the horizon.

By midday, we’ll arrive at the serene island of Mazzorbo, where vineyards, orchards, and peaceful gardens create a retreat-like atmosphere. A wooden bridge connects Mazzorbo to its sister island, Burano, famous for its vibrant houses and exquisite lace-making tradition.

Enjoy free time to wander Burano’s technicolor streets, meet local artisans, or savor fresh seafood. Return to Mazzorbo for a relaxed evening, where quiet pathways and timeless scenery allow you to experience the lagoon far from the bustle of Venice.

This morning, we’ll cruise deeper into the Venetian Lagoon toward Chioggia, often nicknamed “Little Venice.” The journey itself is a highlight—passing through a mosaic of shimmering water and islets, shielded from the Adriatic Sea by the long sandbar of the Lido. Sip a cocktail on the Sun Deck as fishermen’s boats crisscross our path.

In Chioggia, you’ll encounter authentic Italian life: bustling fish markets, lively canals, and bridges filled with locals going about their day. Optional excursions are available this afternoon, or simply stroll Chioggia’s narrow streets to capture its rustic charm.

By evening, we’ll return to Venice just in time for a breathtaking sunset over the lagoon.
